| Commencing January 11th, the second excavation of
dinosaur fossils is completed. The second excavation revealed what are believed to be rib bones and hip
bones. These, along with the surrounding rock, were covered in plaster
jackets and transported out. Cleaning will now
commence. |

February 28,2008 |
| A press conference was held at the excavation site . The discovery of Theropoda teeth has been made. However,at the excavation
which took place on the 21st last week, they announced that they had discovered
nearly intact teeth of the walking dinosaur (the pictures below). The total number of the
teeth of Theropoda and Sauropoda which were discovered comes up to about 20. It is quite rare to have the discovery of Sauropoda teeth so this is a
very important discovery. |

February 21,2008 |
| A press announcement was made in the sunshine. Following the announcement of a few days ago regarding rib bones discovered in a natural state, continued excavation
has led to a few more bones being uncovered, bringing the total to more
than 10. After finding the ribs, the discovery of the first cervical vertebrae was
announced. Coupled with the skull fragment found during the first excavation (approximate
size 6 cm x 8 cm ), this is a discovery
of worldwide importance . |

| Today was cold with occasional light snow, but the
excavation continued. Because it was
Saturday, about 150 people came to watch the excavation. |

February 7,2008 |
| The excavation continued
today. There was a press announcement made by the museum staff, mentioning the discovery of
what is thought to be cervical vertebrae and rib bones. Big ribs over 1 m in
length were discovered in natural position.
Following the tail bones discovered in the first excavation, now body parts are beginning to appear, adding further expectation of the
possible existence of the whole skeleton. |

January 18,2008 |
| Press announcement was made by the museum staff. They announced the discovery of what is thought to be the teeth of a predatory dinosaur, Carnosauria (Theropoda ).
About 10 similar bones were discovered during the first excavation, however the bones discovered this time were very well preserved . |

January 11,2008 |
| The primary
research of the second excavation started today. On the first day, about 20 volunteers
joined. After the staff of the Human
and Nature Museum explained excavation methods, work commenced. The daily hours of operation are from 9 a.m.
to 5 p.m.. The excavation is planned to
continue until the end of February. |

November 20,2007 |
| The second excavation started. Heavy machinery were brought in to remove
the covering layers. Extensive press coverage was provided by many
reporters and many people came to watch the work begin . |

November 16,2007 |
| The schedule of the 2nd excavation was
announced. From the 20th of this
month, removal of the covering layers
will begin, and the principal excavation will commence from January 11th. |
